And what we believe in.

I am deeply committed to support female leaders on their journey to living and leading with authenticity, courage and connection.
My own path has taken many turns and through it all, I’ve learned the importance of listening to both the mind and the body.
Before finding my calling as a coach, I spent many years working in the tech industry in management and sales related roles. This fast paced, male dominated and demanding world gave me an understanding of the challenges women face in leadership.
The question how women could strive with their authentic self’s in this environment and the deep desire helping them to grow and connect deeply with themselves led me to Coaching. I am now a certified Co-Active Coach, a trauma-sensitive Coach and a Somatic Coach in training.
My own curiosity and adventurous mind brought me during my studies of international business to France and later to Ireland. It helped me to appreciate the impact our different cultures and upbringings have on us as well as the shared challenges that we face as women. My own upbringing in the former east of Germany (east Berlin) and going through the political transformation as a child taught me how to be adaptive to change.
I now live in Berlin again with my Irish husband, 2 children and a dog.
To charge up my energy you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with food (I am never able to fully follow a recipe), dancing around the dinner table, a good book or in the woods with our dog Charlie.

Lifelong learning is one of my core values and the question of how we can change ourselves in the best possible and sustainable way is my passion. That's why I became a coach.
I am a certified integrative coach in Germany, a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC), a somatic and trauma-sensitive coach and an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified coach (PCC).
After studying business administration, I gained further professional experience in human resources management and worked then at the Leibniz Center for European Economic Research in the field of knowledge transfer and further training.
I have lived 11 years abroad in various countries (Belgium, Hong Kong, Singapore and Brazil), where I worked as a coach with expats after my parental leave. In the summer 2019 I returned to Germany. There I live with my husband and three children in Frankfurt am Main and am self-employed as a partner at Mojo Coaching.
Outside of my coaching space you find me probably spending time with my family and friends, my source of belonging, walking in the woods, my resilience place, getting inspired in art galleries, museums and book stores or becoming more flexible with yoga or improvisation workshops.

What we believe in
What you love and what you long for Matters. Because you matter. No matter what.
If you are aware of this and live in harmony with it, if you let it guide you, then your work and life will feel alive, colorful and full of joy. Then you will be energetic, creative and your mojo will be high. Unfortunately, many people lose touch with what is really important to them over the course of their lives. But it is always possible to reconnect with it.
Learning takes place not only on a cognitive level, but also on a physical-emotional level.
If we include the body in coaching, we can work much more deeply and initiate more sustainable changes. We then have access to intellectual, emotional and physical intelligence. Our body, brain and behavior influence each other and our old, partially automated behavioral patterns are embodied. Therefore, we should also use an embodiment approach if we want to integrate new, more goal-oriented behavioral patterns in the long term. This reflects the learning process with which we originally learned and embodied our behavior. Embodied learning not only helps us achieve the results we want. It also helps us to feel more deeply connected to ourselves and to experience work and life in a new and more intense way because we have learned to move, feel and be differently.
You are what you practice. (Strozzi-Institute)
You become what you repeatedly do and think. Whether consciously or unconsciously, we are always practicing something. For example, if you get annoyed or angry easily, you will become an annoyed or angry person over time. Or if you practice staying calm and balanced even in difficult situations, you will develop into a calm and balanced person.
Instead of “fake it ´til you make it”: Practice until you embody it. (Amanda Blake)
It is crucial to practice what is truly important to you. This is not "fake it until you make it," but rather consciously practicing until you actually embody it. When your being changes, your actions, thoughts and emotions change too.
Living in the Paradox of Being and Doing. (Co-Active)
Being and doing are mutually dependent. In the western world, however, there is often an imbalance. In the corporate and working world, which is shaped by male principles, action and intellect are prioritized. Being and feeling have previously only been of secondary importance. In order to achieve your full mojo, it makes sense to first work on your being and develop into the person you want to be. And then align your actions with your vision and your values.
you will find Everything you need within yourself.
You have a treasure trove of inner resources. You are full of wisdom and creativity. The best answers to your questions are within you. Unfortunately, many have lost access to their inner knowledge due to the fast pace and complexity of our times. Through Mojo Coaching, you will develop a deeper connection to yourself and become the inspiring and impactful leader you wanna be in your organization and in your life.
